How does the monthly subscription work?
Solid has three monthly subscriptions: Starter at $40, Pro at $160, and Max at $640. The full amount is added to your account balance each month. AI usage, infrastructure, and approved purchases your workers make all draw from that same balance. We don't charge anything on top.
Which plan should I start with?
Starter is a starting point for a focused task or simple app. Pro gives you more balance for regular work and iteration. Max provides a larger budget for heavier workloads and several projects. Can I try Solid first?
Yes. You get a $20 free trial to put Solid to work before choosing a monthly subscription.
Do AI and machines have separate bills?
No. AI usage, machines, and purchases made by your workers are deducted from the same Solid account balance.
How many machines can I use?
You can use as many Linux servers, Windows and macOS computers, iPhones, and Android phones as your work needs. Each machine's usage is paid from your account balance, alongside AI usage and any purchases. More machine usage means more of the balance is used.
How do I see and control spending?
You set the budgets and approval rules. Your worker is a meta-agent: it can see and manage its own workspace within the access you give it. Ask what’s running, why it’s needed, or how much a job cost, any time. It can break down the AI, machines, and purchases used for the job.
Does Solid take a fee out of my subscription?
No. A $40 subscription adds $40 to your balance, a $160 subscription adds $160, and a $640 subscription adds $640. All of it is available for AI, infrastructure, and purchases your workers make. We don't hold any of it back as a platform fee.
